We're expanding the team in 2018 and looking for a hard working, fermentation fanatic to come aboard. This is a varied role including production across the whole product range, deliveries and occasional market trading.

Full time position of 35-40 hours over 4 days. To include early morning starts (4am) and weekends. Time efficiency and management is key. Creativity and passion integral. 

Clean UK Driving license and experience in commercial bakery/pastry kitchen required. Hourly rate subject to experience.
